To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Personalized or custom-configured products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as SonaraLink is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
