By accessing or using the SonaraLink website and purchasing products (Keyboards, Mice, Headphones), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. SonaraLink reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of order details. SonaraLink may refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including those with pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Limitation of Liability

SonaraLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Refund Policy

SonaraLink offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number before shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund including return shipping costs. Non-returnable items include clearance or final sale products.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
